Chen Taiji
is what all Taiji has progressed
from. For more than four hundred years ago in the Ming dynasty,
a x-officer from the emperors army (of Taoist belief) put
to together the very best of martial arts combat at that time.
He applied the soft qigong and hard style martial arts and
came up with a balanced martial art. He changed its training
method and created a two person sparring that worked on increasing
body awareness. Taiji's immense
popularity has many saying it came other beginnings, such
as a famous Taoist priest, en explorer of mysterious
powers. Yet it can be traced to a man, Chen Wangting and a
village Chenjiagou.
